These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at https://www.pizzakingkby.co.za(the “Website”) and your visit to the Pizza King Kimberley premises at 17 Regiment Way, Belgravia, Kimberley(the “Premises”). The Website and Premises are operated by Joroy 0074 CC, trading as Pizza King/ Pizza King Kimberley (“we”, “us”, “our”), a business registered in the Republic of South Africa. By using the Website or visiting the Premises, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or Premises.

1. Purpose of this Website

This Website is provided for general information only — our menu, prices, trading hours, location and details of our putt-putt course. We do not currently process online orders, bookings or payments through this Website. All orders and payments are made in person at the Premises unless otherwise agreed with us directly.

2. Accuracy of information

We try to keep menu items, prices, trading hours and other content accurate and up to date, but these are subject to change without notice and may vary at the Premises due to stock availability, seasonal changes or pricing updates. Photographs on the Website are for illustrative purposes and may not depict exact serving sizes or presentation. Please confirm current prices and availability with our staff before ordering.

3. Food, allergens & dietary information

Our food is prepared in a kitchen that handles wheat/gluten, dairy, eggs and other common allergens, and cross-contact is possible. If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please tell our staff before ordering so we can advise you — we are not able to guarantee that any dish is completely free of a specific allergen.

4. Visiting our putt-putt course

Our putt-putt course is a physical, on-premises recreational activity and is used entirely at your own risk. Clubs, balls and the course itself must be used sensibly and as intended; children should be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, Joroy 0074 CC accepts no liability for injury, loss or damage arising from use of the putt-putt course or Premises, except where such injury, loss or damage results from our gross negligence or is a liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under that Act which cannot be waived.

5. Intellectual property

The Pizza King Kimberley name, logo, menu descriptions, photography and other content on this Website belong to or are licensed to Joroy 0074 CC, unless otherwise credited. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use (for example, to check our menu), but you may not reproduce, republish or distribute this content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

6. Third-party content

This Website embeds a Google Maps view to help you find us. That embedded map is provided by Google and is subject to Google’s own terms of service and privacy policy, which we do not control. Any links to third-party sites (for example, directions or social media) are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for the content of those external sites.

7. Availability of the Website

We aim to keep the Website available and error-free but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Website is provided “as is” and we make no warranty that it will always be available, secure or free of faults.
